i dont sleep alot, drink 2x a week get straight fucked up, diet is so so, cut fast food out thats it. im a certified personal trainer i workout mad hard 6x a week for 5 years take test boosters and other supps all from vitamin shoppe, all legal im 21 and 5/10 180 with an 8 pack, 5 years ago i was sloppy and no i dont have good genetics, you can do it you just have to work and kno what your doing

@iloveyouallatbbw You can still do running without reducing muscle mass, but to do this you will need to measure your heart rate carefully, and staying at your heart target rate zone.
Heart target rate zone can be measured like this:
220 – age = #
# X 0.85 = -> Max heart rate zone which you will not go over
# X 0.65 = -> Min heart rate zone which you will need to go over to burn fat
Don’t cross the Max heart rate zone and you will be all good!

@sweetkisses4uonly too long hours of workouts can force your body to create cartisol which is a hormone that destroys muscle mass for energy and can make your hopes of fat loss just a hopes thats why you should never work more than 1.5hours a day(for most people at least). so my answer to your question is, don’t work more that 1.5hours a day. your goal is to make every single minute of you’re work out intensive, I would really recommend his weight loss book.
