    @Rekkie88 Instead of focusing on results you can “see”, concentrate on being motivated by how you “feel”. A good workout should leave you feeling energized and give you the sense that you’ve done something good for yourself.

    I wish i had the “willpower” to stay with something like this… All i try i just give up within 3 weeks becuse i don’t see any results… I know it’s stupid! but yeah…

    @ImYourNum1Girl – she tells you towards the end of the video to do the four exercises shown for a total of 1 minute each, taking shore breaks in between. She advises to do these exercises for three rounds, which will total a 15-20 minute workout. All of Bex’s videos are great, you will like the results!

    Okay, so I’ve searched and searched for a workout and i believe I just found mine! I’m 20 and have a big tummy cause well to be honest I’m a junk food lover. Lol, anyways I was wondering if this process you do, is that the only thing you do every time you work out for your core or what?
