    @cr7sl7 I think you maybe have Soba confused with western food. Soba is not super processed, and uses buckwheat not refined bleached flower. Very different. I would ask you to look at which country has the longest life expectancy in the world…. which is Japan, and to the elderly it is a staple of their diet along with rice.

    WRONG BELLY FAT IS ENTIRELY “HEALTHY” it is called water weight for long endurance runs or pt or hiking it provides hydration for the bofy as broken down its caused primarily by drinking soda and beer which puts doium into the body retaining water….this water and sodium prevents dehydration and low salt elvels which cause fatigue and lockup.
