There is such thing as healthy fat. Anything you may buy or have to cook has to be seasoned with SOME salt or sugar…unless it’s natural fruit or nuts. Portion control is key. While dark chocolate is ok only an oz will help not a king size bar!

Abdominal exercises won’t do much if you have belly fat. Sure, you’ll gain muscle, but you won’t be able to see it. The way to go is general weight lifting (focusing on largest muscles) and interval cardiovascular exercises (stair climber, treadmill, bike, swimming, etc.)

it’s easier to show on someone else and talk while you not practicing. She is a teacher and she is teaching. I saw videos where instructor does yoga and talk in the same and goes out of breath. Besides when you do yoga you should breath properly all the time. You can’t to it all in the same time.

Of course you have to eat right and do more yoga than that. And BTW it works the same muscle groups …and just a matter of preference.
This will not reduce belly fat.
The only way to do so is by eating right, and engaging in weight and strength training. Workout the largest muscle groups of the body, and use progressive resistance.
